First time there for breakfast. We don't usually go out for breakfast. We were seated immediately. Great waitress. Very interesting menu. Not exotic but right down my alley. Food came out hot. The only thing I did not like was the water. No ice, small glass and a small pitcher on the table. I like lots of ice and a big glass. Food was very good.

I came in to get a gift card for a colleague and decided to give it a try. Compared to Starbucks, I enjoyed Summit Coffee so much more. I had a vanilla mocha and coffee cake. The coffee was excellently brewed, a great taste without all the sugar and syrups that SB adds to their coffee. Their menu options are pretty good, including different coffees, pastries, and other drink options. It is fairly small on the inside of the shop, but their patio area is nice and gives more room. This will be my new coffee spot!

Such a cute little spot! All of our coffees were excellent and the big bun just topped it off! It was my first time ever trying Summit Coffee, as I was visiting from out of town, but it was so delicious! I ended up finding other locations to visit because of it! I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

The best shaken espresso, I’ve currently had. I travel a lot and hit tons of coffee shops. I look forward to the Thursday meeting. I have in the area just because I get to go by there. 8/7/25 The staff are incredible. I included the date because I did not catch their names. It’s a must if you’re in the area. Don’t settle for bad coffee check this place out!

There were two young ladies working at the counter who were very friendly, very courteous, very efficient and very helpful. Service gets 5+ stars. I enjoyed an Iced Banana Cream Latte which was very tasty.

I had an amazing experience at summit coffee in Ballantyne! The vibe of the store immediately made me feel comfortable and like I was at home. The service was fantastic as the barista greeted me with a smile and was very personable! I feel that the use of marketing your social media was great and I immediately learned more about summit coffee while I was in the shop! It was hard to miss driving by, the outside appeal of Summit really caught my attention. Great coffee shop, I will be back!
